Two offers - trying to decide - appreciate opinions

No question Crete is the better choice. I start at the Phoenix terminal on tues the 29th.

The fact of the matter is I have tremendous trepidation about shifting. I've come out of driving school barely being able to shift the straight-10. So we'll see. They might send me home after I grind a bunch of gears and/or coast in neutral on my driving test.

Thanks folks for all the great replies. Its very helpful for a newbie to be able to tap into the wealth of experience this board provides. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
