Recent grad from cdl school honorable military background. I sent my app into tmc they checked my driving record I have a speeding ticket from 2007 and 2010 going like 10 over the limit. No accidents or DUI or any other violations. Could this disqualify me from getting into orentation with tmc ?
I know they've contacted one of my employers already of that means anything in the matter.
Two speeding tickets disqualify your from approval?

Definitely was not reckless driving. Thanks.

10 is usually the line for speeding tickets but if thats all you have on your record thats not bad.
-
I got a ticket for 26 over in 2008, I was able to land a job in about 15 minutes of applying.

TMC is ok with 2. Get a 3rd and ur fired.
-
If that disqualified you they would have told you already... ru the one that PM'd me?
-
Yea richter I'm the one whose been pm'ing you. I faxed them my app Wednesday they called me Thursday and said they need my physical dot long form, and they asked about my two tickets since they looked up mvr record. Faxed them that. They said I hear from them Friday or Monday depening how on quick they contacted my employers. I know they talked to one already.

i dont seee why TMC would worry. TMC has got to be one of the slowest fleets on the road. those petes couldnt speed if they fell off a mountain.

They were not in a commercial vehical then it is not a big issue. They might be if you were doing 10mph in a school zone, but in most places that is considered dangerous driving not a speeding ticket.
