First to admit that the new CPM rate looks off putting. And split pay scale isnt fair, and doesnt do a heck of a lot to help recruitment.
It is highly doubtful that mega drivers will make $71k a year with 2 full days off every week.
Some of us are still here cuz there isn't really anything else better out there currently. It's not like if the ship totally sinks I couldn't find another job. But for now I can't argue with only working roughly 234 days a year with another 30 paid days off and clearing what I do.
