Two weeks ago Transportation Offices Fired 600 long term Employees.

First to admit that the new CPM rate looks off putting. And split pay scale isnt fair, and doesnt do a heck of a lot to help recruitment.

It is highly doubtful that mega drivers will make $71k a year with 2 full days off every week.

Some of us are still here cuz there isn't really anything else better out there currently. It's not like if the ship totally sinks I couldn't find another job. But for now I can't argue with only working roughly 234 days a year with another 30 paid days off and clearing what I do.

 

How long until the split payscale causes unbearable friction between the two sets of drivers? That, and other bad decisions, are reasons why Walmart is having trouble recruiting quality drivers. To blame us is asinine and bordering on Libtard Democrat mentality.

Really it seems like the older guys ##### more about it than new guys.

But it is #### sure a huge factor in recruitment problems. That and the experts telling everyone how bad Walmart is doing, and how soon they will close
