if u have someone living at your home family member etc. checking your mail while u are out on the road

they can check the post marks from the post office.

my point was if someone at home received the jury duty summons and took a picture of it

and sent 2 u and u sent a copy to your dispatcher he should have sent u home for jury duty and did'nt.

 

oh! i forgot to tell ya'll 2, that tyson does not pay breakdown pay either.

that 2 comes out of the .63 cpm.

just 2 mention a few outside carriers that run dedicated on the tyson account.

tyson drivers only haul 40 percent of their own freight. wonder why?

when i left tyson the load planners were struggling 2 find load assignments.

u were having to sit and wait on loads a lot.

 

dustin broke the law.

 

most dispatchers don't have a clue, but there are a few that do.

unfortunately some of the dispatchers like 2 play games and tricks on the drivers.

your company might b 1.

all the companies that i have drove 4 have except 4 1.

most dispatchers are college kids and have no knowledge about trucking or trucking rules.

there just looking 4 a job.

tyson dispatchers are responsible for 50 drivers.

its time to request a new dispatcher that is familiar with the hos.

if you're going 2 make money, you're going 2 have 2 have a knowledgeable dispatcher about trucking rules and company policies.
i only had 1 that was the best i've ever seen and tyson promoted him 2 terminal manager,

he would put in the time on each drivers hos and plan your loads.

if the dispatcher knows what he's doing he can stack your load assignments with the load planners based on your hos and u want have 2 wait as long 4 load assignments.

if this doesn't help, it might be time to change companies.
