Tyson Foods to Require COVID-19 Vaccinations for its U.S. Workforce

I doubt they are. Just my opinion. These businesses don't need the government to push anything on them. Business owners are going to do what's best for business, regardless of their personal feelings about this. They don't want to lose money like last year. They are going to protect their baby in the same of making money. Their mind frame is doing what needs to be done so that business stays flowing; they are trying to avoid being short on help because of an outbreak. I remember reading about a trucker that dropped off at the Walmart DC in NM somewhere, and his hometime was thrown off. They got backed up on deliveries because of the outbreaks. Trucks were getting there on time, they had to wait hours, I think even days to unload; but being short staffed threw off a lot of things in that part of the country, a whole chain of issues. So to avoid those catastrophes, yeah I've gotta hard time believing that they are even paying the government any mind.

I would agree with you if it were not for China pulling off that exact move in Hong Kong. Little by Little they took over and now it’s completely communist rule. Even after they promised that Hong Kong would stay free.

Yeah I do recall that. We're talking about to totally different mindframes though. America ain't China. It ain't like the feds are holding your feet to the fire and telling you every little thing to do. At some point, all of this dialogue were having will be a moot point. Everything will be back to normal and this will be a distant memory. Sometimes I think Americans are insecure though. Any mandate is an attack on our freedoms. A vaccine or mask mandate to me is not really worth getting worked up about. I personally think their intentions are in the right place. It ain't like they are telling me where I'm to work, worship eat etc. There are certain things that are overreach, but in the name trying to corral this pandemic, I don't see overreach.

Also I want to point out that your “America ain’t China” comment is moot at this point. Ever since the CDC went against the Supreme Court ruling on extending the eviction ban. You know the gooberment not really caring about the laws of the land and doing what it pleases. Things of that nature sure don’t look like communism.

Vaccines don’t stop me from getting infected. Masks don’t stop me from getting infected. Biden and Harris told everyone they don’t trust the vaccine. If I get vaccinated and mask up I am still able to transmit the virus to you even if your vaccinated and masked up.

Well....you see things differently than I do. We have a different perspective on things. It's cool though. I still, and always feel like it could be so much worse. At least there is an attempt to solve a problem.

If I am still able to get COVID with a vaccine, transmit with a vaccine while being masked at all times with you still being able to get COVID with a vaccine and transmit with a vaccine while still using a face mask.

why then wear a face mask if you have the vaccine? Or why even get vaccinated if your still going to get it and give it to someone else?
