They make everything sound sweet when you get hired on, and they have pretty good equipment, but when it comes down to making a living, you don't get what you need, MILES !! They have begun to cater to TEAM DRIVERS, and the SOLO drivers get what is left over when it comes to MILES. They are now trying to force solo drivers to TEAM, LEASE, or SAY GOODBYE to U.S. Xpress. That is just "crazy" to treat your drivers like this. Hopefully MAX will wake up one day and realize that this is not working, and how so many drivers are getting "screwed over".

Also, if you want good "home time", look elsewhere for a job, because they try to keep you as far "out of route" from home as possible to keep the freight moving, and keep you from your home time.

This is all very true and I can assure you this person is not lying. It happened to me in 2009 and I had no option but to file for bankruptcy. We had to start all over again from scratch. If you are thinking of going with US Xpress then I wish you the best of luck... just dont say I didnt warn you.

I use macro 29 when i go to McDonald's. Or the restroom.
