UGH!!! old piss-test gettin in the way, ANYWHERE to go?

    So, just got first rejection due to 3 year old failed pisser for pot.
    Is there any company to look at?
    Pissed for last job to haul narcotics and haven't smoked in 2 years.
    Have I wasted my time with school?
    Will I now be stuck in the Catch-22 of 'go to small company-can't because of no experience'?

    ANY input, advice, jokes, etc is/are appreciated!

    peeing dirty, dui, truck abandonment or abandonment under load are almost unforgivable sins in this industry.
    The insurance companies are making it harder and harder to insure a driver with these sins.
    The 'big 4' as they're known, will keep you out of almost any company.
    Best advice I can give you is to start working the phones and talking with companies. Tell them the issue and maybe you'll find one.
    I can tell you that 3 years is considered 'yesterday' in this industry when it comes to the big 4.
    I think you'll find you will need at least 5 years from the test.

    I just came across a guy that has a DUI from 16 years ago that a company wouldn't hire. This can't be the norm?
