I know guys that actually HAVE driven as long as x1heavy pretends to have. They don't have a half of a percent of the tales he has.

And yes we had a lotta "CIA operatives " driving for us too. They were in deep cover pretending to be a dumb ### and they were good. Like they got in too far and the role took over their life.

The 76 in Chicago at Calumet was off of 159th st. and I-94,not I-55. First exit after you swung north off of I-80/I-94 split. There was another old 76 in downtown Chicago by the stockyards,it was a dump,it closed back in the 70's IIRC. The one in Calumet,eh,not so bad. Spent a lot of time there.

Where are you finding tin foil?. All I see for sale is aluminum foil which is clearly a conspiracy.

X1Heavy should go right on telling long stories. Make them much longer :)...This forum is full of different people who rub each other the wrong way. I think that’s what makes it fun around here. I’d hate if I was told I had to tone it down. People get mad at me every day! But they get over it.

I only been doing this for about 5 months and for the most part drivers are friendly at the truck stops. The few issues I've had out here are loud mouth hard act yard jockeys.

I help fellow drivers out if I can like yesterday another driver with my company told.me his trailer got rejected because of a tiny piece of glass they found at general Mills dc. They wouldn't let him come back with the same trailer even if it was washed out. So I had an empty and I said I'll swap mine with yours. FM approved and done. There was nothing wrong with his trailer I looked it over real good getting loaded now as I type this.

So I helped him out saved him from down time and hunting a trailer down and saved the company on fuel.
