Uh, oh ... I stumbled across this ...

no surprise there. Having worked in the food industry before those violations are kinda the norm across the country...I think you could probably turn them up nationwide at places you might have thought to be clean etc....

 

Big Charlies used to be a good place to eat. It is now Indian owned and was less than spectacular the last time I was there.

 

Those violations are at my house too. I issued a citation to my wife and kids a few weeks ago for storing uncovered leftovers in the fridge. Then, this weekend I came home and found repeat violations.

I think I'm gonna have to close the place down.

 

At the risk of being labeled "racist" what type of Indian? Did I ask that right???????????

The proper way to ask that is: dots or feathers? Or saris or buckskin? Maybe even turbans or headbands?

Jk...you're doing fine. If anyone is offended, it's their problem. My guess would be tigers not cougars.

 

Dot, not feather, and I don't see it as racist. They are... frugal?? I guess that would be the best way to describe it. You are going to get the bare minimum for the price.

Probably my biggest gripe was that the dishes were not clean, and the food was not hot. Nothing I hate worse than getting to the bottom of my cup of coffee and finding some unknown crud stuck to the bottom of the cup. When I find that, I NEVER return to that restaurant again.

 

They aren't frugal. They are just cheap.
