Any of you drivers having cloud/filter waxing/fuel gel issues with this newer fuel?
I run a newer dodge CTD and have been hearing about (and victim of) filter waxing at temps above 0*F (and that's running supposed winterized fuel with a good dose of Howe's antigel).
I never had this issue with LSD, and a bunch of us CTD owners are pointing the finger at the ULSD. I ran, just last year, from Reading, PA to Indianapolis, IN in temps around _25*F without a single problem...I would be afraid to try that with what I'm seeing now...
Anyone else have any issues with gelling/waxing/clouding??

With a ISX15, fuel heater, 120 gal tank, @ 4.0 mpg, fuel filters changed every 10k, my fuel doesn't have time to get or cloud. So, no.

Has more to do with biodiesel blends than it does the sulphur content of the fuel. Biodiesel gels at a higher temperature than petroleum based diesel. The higher percentage bio in the blend, the higher temps it will begin to gel.

Yep! It's a brick pulling a cinder block. 41,000 empty gvw. I did get 5.0 this morning.
