Just to add to this there is a difference between USB standards. ( 2, 3, 3.1) and plug ends. (Type A, B, C)

Anyways a quality charger is what you need.

Any charger that puts out 2.4 amps on a port is plenty fast enough.

Granted they're hard to find at truck stops. Every retail store has them.

Anything faster and you might end up with a samsung 7 phone. Don't remember if it was the s or the note version.

If my phone said charging too fast.

You're not concerned with the standard usb power draw from you're computer or your car though. And since when did C get thrown in to the same category as 2.0 and 3.0?

C is the same category as mico and mini. And puts out whatever amps the charger puts out.

You're concerned with teh amperage of the charger. They come in 1 amp variants since the beginning of time. And 2 amp variants which has only been around a few years.

Get yourself a 2+ amp charger and you've got a fast charger.

I like the Anker chargers I have. One is a fast charger and I use it less often.

In my experience, fast charging shortens battery life pretty quickly, I'd rather have a slow charger.

It does QC3 on both ports. Different companies call it different things but it's all the same. TurboCharge, RapidCharge, etc.

So if your phone's "fast charge" is QC3, then yes. Even if not, it will drop to the 2.4amp charge, which some companies claim to be a fast charge, and compared to the 1.0amp of old it is.

If you want, and don't know if you can use QC3 charging, let me know the type of phone you have and I'll see if I can find info on it.

Yeppers, does fast charge in both ports. The reason I'm being specific is when I got that one, most chargers were one qc3 and one 2.4amp ports.
