Out of the shop. Looking at the old clutch it was bad. The throw out bearing was all worn out and very loose. The clutch material was fine but there was some broken parts around the springs. Out the door i paid $4152. Yea very expensive. Now have to get me a load and see how it goes. Hope this info was helpful to someone else out here.

Hello everyone. I'm sorry if I sound weird, cause I'm not a truck driver and I don't really understand anything in trucks. I have a question. My father is a truck driver and his truck wouldn't go into gear. F of the dashboard. Code 27. He has a brand new Remantransmission (9000$ total), installed it in a shop a month ago. He also has Eaton autoshift. What can be the issue? Did anyone had something similar?

A month old transmission should be under warranty, he needs to talk to the shop that installed it.

We talked to them, and the only thing they said is that he needs to bring his truck from Virginia to Tennessee in order for them to fix it under the warranty. The whole thing doesn't make sense.
