Ultrasonic Deer Repellent

There's a tunnel looking thing on I-90 in Washington that looks like it could be the start of building one of those wildlife crossings that I've seen a bunch of in Alberta. Let's the deer cross over the highway. Wonder if that is what it will be.

 

They're garbage. They are almost immediately clogged with bugs, which then attract Wasps, which then decide they want to inspect your cab and you.

 

I have used deer whistles. If you want to ATTRACT deer they are a great thing to have. With them you notice deer up ahead taking notice and ready to bolt. Without them deer continue to feed on the fresh grass after roadside mowing.

Um, don't think that wood would taste very good. OTOH, the STEAK might have been delicious!

Why should we care what those flocking deer herd?

One thing those deer alerts did do, was take a few bucks from some folk's pockets, and put those bucks into other folk's pockets. Uh DOLLAR BUCKS, not deer bucks. Nor buck deer.
