Was just reading in the local paper today that a local IH truck dealer had tires and rims stolen off of a bunch of new trucks parked in there fenced in yard, value of the polished wheels and tires was valued at $52,000 and another $30,000 in damages as the blocked up trucks fell off, it seems like nothing is untouchable or stoppable anymore, i know its not a truck question but it just amazes me what some people will do, in a city of 80,000 or so people surrounded by primarily farm land, it isn't safe anywhere anymore.
Unbeleivable the things people do

The Ford Garages here take the fancy chrome bumpers and wheels off the vehicles till sold,, they used to lose a lot of them during the night, at least with them stored till sale time they dont lose them.

It is unbelievable the things... I heard on the radio yesterday that a sherriff in florida said people are breaking into homes to steal your food and you should get a big dog or a shotgun, lol.

Well given the jobless rate people are getting desperate. People are steeling metal and scrap from my area and selling it for cash. Too bad you can't collect trash and sell that, my neighborhood is filled with a bunch of piggy people. They through it everywhere. My son (4 years old) actually asked why our neighbors are piggy.
