Then you have no idea about what pride really is. Again part of what's wrong with people today.

7-UP, starmac, Feedman and 2 others Thank this.

I agreed, I dont do flashy, but neat, clean and well functional are top of my list. They get dirty when working and that's fine. Just have to clean it up when you done.

    Feedman and blue1005 Thank this.

You got me, your view is the only one that matters and all should bow to your whim. I would rather make money then be a chrome moron.

Do you have business cards on scrap paper and pencil too?

Or do you get glossy with a heavy/thick card done professionally?

    pushbroom and Feedman Thank this.

@wore out knows I was just poking fun. There’s been a lot of posts on here about how if it’s nice and shiny it’s only to impress other people. Most people on here that say that have no understanding of why some of us choose to keep our trucks clean and shiny. Mine’s about as shiny as they come and I don’t do it for anyone other than myself.

Shots fired, op I would look around this website for some of your answers. Going in to debt on a mostly worn out truck is a bad idea unless you buy it cheap. But you will learn on your own, we can't tell you anything.

    Feedman Thanks this.

I have already, but as with this thread there have been so many opposing views its difficult to decipher. I know that one below 500k is out of my price for start up. And i have seen tests mentioned, i think dyno and oil and perhaps one other. What are those and what is the cost to run those?

This is a fleet spec truck from one of the megas. I like the Cummins instead of Volvo power, and also like a straight manual(probably a 10 speed) instead of any of the automated manuals dominating the market.
Arrow is owned partially by Volvo, is their re marketing division. As good as any. You could do a lot worse. Buy it.

I would prefer a different engine, and a 13. But the terms they are offering right now, as well as already having an APU are why the second one posted shot to the top in my opinion.
