That may work until an accident happens. Then the opposing lawyer will have all electronic monitoring devices removed from the truck and examined for any and all irregularities.

3 1/2 months later Unlimited Freight out of Bridgeview, IL has not returned my escrow and won't take my calls. Any money I owed for trailer lease etc. was deducted from my last settlement. There is no reason left for keeping my money other than they are thieves as well as blatant law breaking euro trash. Guess it's time to file a lawsuit.

A personal visit to the office should work.

With 10 years experience why did you decide to work for a shady Chicago company?

Just a reminder to all drivers and brokers alike to stay clear of these criminals. The violations are endless. Solo company drivers run as a team or are punished or let go for some bogus reason. O/Os such as myself pay the price as well. Drivers and brokers alike are lied to on a daily basis to suit their needs. The list is endless. Just doing my civic duty and reminding everyone what blatant criminals this company truly is. Their safety manager (there's an oxymoron) Victor (last name escapes me atm) a convicted felon. He also teaches the not so bright how to cheat on logs and not get caught so as not to run out of hours. I left on bad terms nearly 6 months ago when I found out just how bad they really were and was rewarded by not getting my escrow and refund on plate as well as numerous detentions and a TONU totaling somewhere in the neighborhood of $5000. Yes, one of these days soon I will file in court. First company I leased on to as an O/O and didn't do my homework first. Lesson learned. Just trying to help others avoid making the same mistake I did.

I just somewhat knew it was going to be a company from Chicago based on the company name and from what I read half way. Some of those companies don't give a couple of ##### about safety. It's all about running a lot of miles illegally= more money in their pocket. Just look at their scores, just look at it.

It's only gotten worse since I left and they were flagged for intervention then under 2 BASICS. What I don't understand is how they continue to operate without any consequences from DOT and brokers must obviously continue to use them. Infact I know for a fact they have dedicated trucks running CEVA loads and I use to think CEVA was a bit more safety conscious and would never broker loads to carriers with such a history of blatant violations and disregard for the laws. Perhaps they aren't aware and should be made aware. Carriers like this need to stopped and shut down somehow.

Look at the one company that had a driver kill a tollway worker earlier this year, DND Internaitional, FMCSA revoked their authority and a local chicagoland judge overruled it and granted their authority back. PAID OFF?? i think so

That's why they have a second authority that they sometimes book loads under. GSI Express was the name, or something like that.
