You must be very careful with various "unlimited data" plans that are starting to bloom lately. Especially utilizing T-Mobile network. The unlimited part is a protocol that is even slower then 3G, and any LTE speeds will be greatly limited to non-tether usage and only for the first x number of gigs.
Read the terms of service very carefully. -
Pilot has it for $99 for a year. I did the 10 day free trial, I figured the speed would be bad but I could watch youtube without it buffering. I was surprised, but after bouncing to a few different lots from CO to IN your ability to actually get a signal is iffy. I suppose if you were to scan for a wifi signal on your phone while rolling through the lot you might get lucky. If you just go for that easy parking spot, well you might find yourself setting your laptop in odd places for the best signal, only to lose signal at the most inconvenient time.

Heads up people. Some of you still on the Verizon Unlimited data plan who were grandfathered in may need to take note ...

Very few Verizon unlimited data plan owners are selling their UDP anymore. Renting is about the only manner left. -
