Unordered product left on my truck by receiver, what can I do?

And nobody will notice if it gets "lost" on the way there. If that sounds familiar, it's how my coworkers and I handled unsold product at the end of the day back when I worked food service. The "missing" food definitely wasn't delicious because it totally didn't get "lost" in my gullet before it could get deposited in the bin
