If he had done his Post trip he would have had to walk around the truck so he would have seen the post. Bet he just pulled in and shut down. Need to be aware of what is around you.

Nothing like a big piece of paper on the steering Column to remind you that something is in front of you.

But, if he just pulled up slightly... when he was ready to go how was he going to get out if the post was in front of him and a driver behind him?

I hit a guard rail and got to take 3 months off before my company would let me come back. It was actually kind of relaxing.

But I'm also a lot more aware of what is going on around me now.

Nice work. nobody should talk to someone else like that if they are in the wrong. What a ball bag.

A new OEM radiator is $2,000. Hood repair and paint easily can be 1,000 or more if its not white. Tow bills are outrageous, as well. That was easily a 5,000 accident, and who knows if he damaged the CAC or A/C condenser as well, since they are mounted in front of the radiator. I'd be thankful he had a job. My drivers, if somehow they kept their job, would have been sitting waiting for that truck to be fixed, unpaid, plus $1,000 as stated in their employment contract.
