i have been arrested 5 times. done a 1 weeker, 2 weeker and a 6monther. and my charges never fell into the megans law selection. i have always stayed away from kids and juniors. i like a little age. theres a difference from peeing on the street vs peeing in a play ground.

Anyways... as a soon-to-be CDL School graduate, I have learned from the dozens of recruiters from the nation’s top companies that have visited our school that you are more likely to get a job with the small, “mom and pop” operations. Find the “Bob’s Trucking” or “Dave’s Transport” in your area. They are not tied down by the big-company insurance policies. The small, local companies are way more likely to give you a chance.

Im proof. As a registered sex offender myself, I have already secured a well paying job in the Dayton area. I’m still three weeks away from CDL school graduation. But I found a smaller, local company who was willing to listen to my story, hear about my offense and what I’ve done to turn my life around, take into account my level of education (University bachelors degree), extensive career in a highly-respected field, intelligence, proven history of dedication and distinction, etc.... just be 100% honest and be prepared to concisely articulate why having you as an employee would be in the company’s best interest. You would be an asset. Prove why...

My final piece of advice... Don’t give up, my friend. Screw society! You did the time, and hopefully you have/are learning to understand why you made your bad decision, whatever it was, change your way of thinking, ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY, and re-commit yourself to a healthy lifestyle, driven by respect and empathy for everyone of all ages and genders. The key to being successful moving forward is being vigilant, refusing to give up, and cut out all of the negativity from people who would rather tear you down, rather than to learn about what actually happened. You don’t need that. Refuse to accept it in your life. It’s the only way you’ll be able to move on and find happiness again. Remember... your offense is only a very tiny part of what has been probably been a very successful and happy life so far. Look at your entire life... THAT is who you are. Don’t accept the label. Accept the facts that you did something wrong, that people will judge you harshly without knowing anything about you or what you did, and refuse to care about what others think/say about you. You’ll be happier with the forward-thinking positivity.

You deserve to work, provide for your family, send your kid to school and to be happy. Now MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Society didn't give you the label of "sex offender", a judge and jury did that. They did it because you were, in fact, guilty of what you were charged with.
I have trouble believing the crime you committed was your only offense. Or was it the only time you were caught?
And, no I don't have to accept you as a contributing member of society. I don't want to live near you, I don't want to hear that you feel victimized by a cruel establishment, I don't want you around people that you see as prey, and I don't really care if you make it or not. If you're a sex offender the chances of you committing more of the same type of crime are huge.
And no, I wouldn't hire you. Ever.
