What, you can't realize someone can make an intentional decision in moments? Come on man!
Again, doesn't matter what we think, what matters is the court case. Said court case found he intentionally turned into 20+ stopped vehicles killing 4 people.
Update in the Colorado case...

You're entitled to your opinion

How anyone can defend this drivers actions in anyway is absolutely absurd… He could’ve steered his truck into the ditch…among other things…he may not deserve 110yrs but he deserves at least 40yrs behind bars for his actions..
buddyd157 Thanks this. -
For This Case, I Agree:
Truck driver that killed NC police officer had no CDL, fake tags on truckdrvrtech77 Thanks this. -

You don't get it do you ??? What @ZVar stated was fact not opinion
Come' on man.. get your crayons out and I'll draw ya a pictureZVar and Rubber duck kw Thank this. -
You're entitled to your opinion too. You see, y'all want to argue. You say it was intentional. I don't feel like it was. That's my opinion. Doesn't make neither of is right or wrong. He was found guilty and convicted. The jury evidently thought it was intentional. Their opinion mattered in that case. I don't agree with them either. That's my opinion. This convo has no bearing on his situation. We are just talking. I'm not sure why it's so hard for some people on here to accept differing points of view. Not everyone agrees with y'all man. I'm sorry if that upsets you.....if you want to draw a picture so badly, draw a smiley face. Then take a look at it. Then replicate it.Badmon Thanks this.

Nobody is defending his actions. All people have said is 110 years is excessive, because he didn't set out to kill anyone. He made some bad mistakes/decisions that happened to result in a tragic result. Sometimes when you make mistakes it will result in devastating consequences. Its the nature of the beast.. Some members, yourself included, say he shouldn't be the only one taking the fall. It's easy for all of us, experienced and probably better trained drivers, to say what he could have done in that situation. Even with the experience we have, if any of us were in his shoes, it's hard to say what we truly would have done in that moment. This topic has divided the industry something serious, and many folks are looking at the families of the victims, and how they are feeling. Don't get it twisted man, I sympathize with them too. If someone get out of his/her feelings for a bit of time and look at this objectively, it will be obvious that this guy doesn't have any malice. Like i said man, sometimes mistakes and decisions don't yield the best consequences, and he will have to pay the price, but in my estimation he does deserve a 2nd chance at life once he pays his societal debt.

It doesn't upset me at all. I'am happy the killer got the sentence he got
And I reckon your entitled to your opinion too ...we agree to disagree... maybe your voice will be heard and the Cuban Killer will get his sentence reduced
Then you Snowflakes can tout a another victory and you can all hold hands and sing " We are the world"Rubber duck kw and buddyd157 Thank this. -
Well if his sentence gets reduced, he will still be in there a long time. I ain't gonna lose sleep over it one way or the other. Neither will the rest of the "snowflakes," whatever the hell that means. I hear that thrown around a lot. I guess if people don't hold certain values or have compassion for certain topics, that makes them snowflakes? You have compassion for certain topics, there things you're sensitive to I'm sure, does that make you a snowflake? I'm not sure why people need to be labeled.....Badmon Thanks this.
