Update, my new trucks are done.

Setup was built to my spec by Sun Country, its not something off the shelf so to speak. I doubt it would be feasible for a lot of people, its built for a niche market, Thx Stan

 

Lol, yes I do, and I will not be parting with that one!!

 

You sir,,are correct, except for the local part, I wish, pita going 1200 miles to pick them up!!! lol

 

Hey BZ, No I didn't, I Do like the sales guy at Salina, but I just never felt their service was up to it, plus these trucks will be running more central midwest rather than west, so I ordered them from Midway in Palmyra, Mo. Their sales guy is good, and VERY patient, as I know I am a pita to deal with because I want it the way I want it and I dont care what the factory says, lol He went over and above, and to be honest, Western Star was more accommodating than either Freightliner or Peterbilt when it comes to getting it just right. But the big reason was their service dept treats me like I'm the only customer they have, really good guys, REALLY good techs!
