Thinking about upgrading the seat in my Freightliner. Have been looking at the Legacy Silver series in leather, as that's what most of the shops around me stock. Anyone have one and like or dislike it? Any other options? Looks like this model if in the $800-950 range. I don't drive a huge amount of miles a year but thinking a better seat will make the days a little easier.

My pleather legacy is 5 years old. I put more hours in it than miles. Starting to loose some of the covering, especially arm rest. But Its still comfortable. I'd buy another. 100 times better than Bostom wide ride I had. I'm a pretty decent sized guy.

I looked at and sat in numerous seats. Everywhere I went, if I seen a seat.....I sat in it. Nothing was comfortable....nothing. I'm not very big, so maybe I didn't weight enough to activate them. So I just gave in and bought a seat one day because it was in stock. My others were the originals and like 20 years old. So this is more comfortable than that, but not by much.
It's a legacy silver, hard as a frigging rock.

I'm 6' 270lbs. Its like a recliner made out of a football to me. I felt my rear was to narrow for a Bostrom wide ride even. It's not, but its how I felt.

I'm 5'11" and about 185....ish. I don't think I weight enough for the standard American seat to work. :dontknow:

I’ve got one of those Bostroms now. It’s comfortable and all but a bit ridiculous for me. I can sit with one little chick I know beside me on the thing and still get the armrests down.

I've sat in dozens of seats of all different price ranges. Even sat in one of those high dollar minimizer seats with massage and what not. Might aswell have been sitting on a park bench. I couldn't tell the difference.
