Ever heard of being on time for delievering parts UPS? apperantly not! Why is it that as owner operators if we're late we're docked anywhere from $100-$500 but UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc. Can cost us money by deliever parts, packages, etc late. I've been on the phone with my shop 3 times this morning to see if my parts have arrived and still nothing. Supposed to deliever by 9 A.M. here it is 10:32 and still hasn't arrived. Why are there so many incompetenet people in this world? Called UPS to ask if the package was at the terminal so I could personally pick it up and deliever it to the shop (yes I'm getting desprate to get the truck moving) their reply nope it's on the truck. Where's the truck? Out. WTF you don't have GPS on their hand helds? Give me a break so you can't deliever my parts on time, you cost me money, and i'm supposed to take it? This is a crock what I'd give to hook up to a set of UPS joints as an O/O park at a truckstop and sit there for 5-7 days to delay the idiots.

    RANT OVER!

I am sure you already checked this and the answer is yes....but, did you verify it was sent as a next day by 10 AM type or did some "clerical" error happen and it just went out overnight meaning by 7pm or something dumb?

Yep parts were next day 10 am. Finally showed up at 1145 bout #### time too. What ever happened to taking care of customers though? I agree with centuryclass they can do no wrong. I mean they charge an arm, leg, left nut, and half the teeth in my mouth to ship it and then it isnt there on time. Half bound to file a class action lawsuit against them...just for ##### and giggles on this one. Got my truck back and im happy now so im in better mood now. But now my trailer dont have a dot insp. Sticker and it was supposed too gotta love being an owner operator.

I've usually had good luck with them. The problem likely lies with wherever you ordered your part(s) from and them not getting it out by UPS' deadline to get it there next day by 10am. Then you get all pissed off paying for it and don't get it...it's been my experience anyway. I've called and #####ed and received discounted or free shipping next time around.

UPS Freight showed up at my warehouse last summer, had no appointment, and threw a fit because I had other trucks in the dock being unloaded. They actually sent me a bill because their truck had to wait 30 minutes before backing in, lol. I got on the phone and told them they're dreaming if they think I;m paying for that, lol.
