Any company owner who doesn't see a problem with your situation isn't worth working for, and not worthy of a 2 week notice if they don't fix things. Get busy applying other places for another job today. If your record is clean and you have a year under your belt, you shouldn't have a problem finding another job quickly. It sounds like the company wants you to leave with this kind of behavior. Don't worry about burning bridges. Almost everybody here has worked for a bad employer at one time or another, and you have to do what is best for yourself and not look back.

They "Urine bottles"are considered "Bio Hazards". Both the Company and the Driver should recieve from You an Email stating the Facts. (All the Facts). Also stating your "request" and possible solutions.

Your cdl is so valuable you'll have no problem finding another job. I had a teammate I didn't like I told my company I wasn't working with him anymore and I rented a car and drove home. I put an application in on this site and had 20 job offers the next day, at the end I decided to stay with the company because they gave me everything I wanted and more but you don't have to put up with anything you don't want to. Leave right now rent a car spend some time at home and watch things work out for the best. Good luck to you

 

I used to catch rides with a real nice female driver back to my home city for time off and a couple times she'd have me take the wheel and she would go in the back and go number one while we were still rolling. I never figured out how she pulled that off. Another time we were in stopped traffic in Nashville and she hopped out and used the catwalk. Proving once again the necessity truly is the mother of invention

for the most part today's trainers are people that can't make enough on there own for one reason or another and need that extra driver ...... but think about if he knew what he was doing why would he be working for that company ......

The kidneys actually produce what is considered very sterile believe it or not, I think the waste extracted is shipped to the liver possibly Other than medicines and metabolites etc sent out by liquid. It's that bacteria and other materials infection etc around the organs that makes it really filthy and actually hazardous and so on.

I always hated having anybody in the truck with me, but that is just completely unacceptable. When he goes number 2 the amount of germs inside the cab... If he doesn't wash his hands and he grabs that steering wheel and then you grab that steering wheel, let alone the sleeper...

I don't normally like to say things so pointedly, but that guy is a disgusting Pig. You would have to be a disgusting Pig to do something like that while another driver is 5 feet away from you, especially a woman. There are just some lines that Humanity does not cross. I have to say it again. What a disgusting Pig.

You have your year of driving. My advice would be to find a local job or at least a regional job so you can be home more often to see your son.

Maybe a local LTL company would hire you and if not for pickup and delivery maybe for line haul.

It's amazing what companies expect you to put up with.

 

Even worse when this one shared that the company wants her to make chiken soup out of slobs who apparently cannot perform as a solo. Essentially a babysitter.
