I was wondering. I knew the trailer was from a Hildebran rental company, and wondered if it was a small local company or big one.

I wonder if the driver had a seat belt on, the drivers side is not that bad.

Hubby was in the Conover terminal this morning and the gal that was telling him about it said that the driver didn't have a seat belt on and that he got thrown out of the cab and was pinned underneath it

There is an article with pic's on myfox8.com

The driver of a tractor-trailer that crashed Thursday morning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 64 West at the intersection with Interstate 85 Business Loop was killed, according to Lexington Police.

Lt. Scott Nanney said that 22-year-old Shane Thomas Allen of Harrisville, Utah, died hours after the crash.
Allen's truck overturned while entering a lefthand curve where U.S. 64 merges into I-85 Business Loop South in east Lexington. Thomas was ejected from the cab and pinned underneath the tractor-trailer.
The accident happened around 6:25 a.m., and Thomas was transported by ambulance to Wake Forest Baptist Health ' Lexington Medical Center and later taken by AirCare to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, where he died around 11 a.m., Nanney said.
Allen worked for Watkins & Shepard Trucking out of Conover and was en route from Connecticut to Charlotte before crashing. The tractor-trailer was carrying paper and furniture, according to the N.C. Department of Transportation.
Interstate 85 Business Loop and U.S. Highway 64 West were closed for several hours as crews worked to clear the scene. Crews with DOT also worked on repairing about 180 feet of guardrail that was damaged in the wreck.
Nanney said both roads re-opened and DOT finished work on the guardrail around 2:15 p.m.
