US Logistics? (Not affiliated with US Xpress)

I have a job offer from a company called US Logistics. They are a subsidiary of Trinity Transport out of NC. The job is in the operations department in the Chattanooga office (not a driving job). Does anyone have info on US Logistics, Trinity Transport, or Step-Out Logistics? I just want some first-hand feedback on what type of company they are. Also, this will be my first job in the operations side of the industry. Thanks.

No, the job is for dispatcher/freight broker. US Logistics is a small trucking company (about 30 trucks) that is mostly O/Os with a couple of company trucks. They also have an in-house 3pl service that does business under the name of Step-Out Logistics.

When I asked what type of company they are, I meant what type of reputation do they have among drivers who either work for them or book loads thru their 3pl. I should have clarified that.
