    everything else was covered nicely but as a newbie like myself insurance is the number one question u need to ask carriers, will their insurance company recognize ur trucking school in the states. up here the good school are private colleges that give you a certificate that in the most basic terms gives you 2-3 years of insurable experience, technically thats not quite what it means but technically its also rather confusing.

    Check that a carrier can insure you once you've switched over to an A-z license whatever that process is.
