Xpress is offering 42 cpm with a $10,000 bonus paid out over 2 years in increments. No miles per week guarantee.
Marten is offering sliding scale cpm of 38-50 depending on the length of trip. No sign on bonus no mileage guarantee.

CF would be your best bet out of thoses 3. Usx is a mega and if I'm not mistaken they have sliding pay scale just like Marten. If you live in FL it's best to go with a FL based company. Cause most companies will have you out 3wks claiming they can't get you home.

To be honest OTR is about fazed out. Everything is a super regional mostly from I 35 to the Atlantic Ocean. More and more companies are putting freight on trains to go out west
