US Xpress's new driver policy is UNREASONABLE

USx is a bad company lol sliding pay scale u won't make more then 45,000 as a company driver and I'm sorry I couldn't be away from home for that

 

You are so right about that just a number to these big company's they only want to use u and not take care of u trucking has gone for the worst

 

They got rid of the sliding pay scale.

The sliding pay scale was only for solo drivers. It never effected us since we team.

 

Ok but USx doesn't pay period u can't make 60k if u ant making that its not worth working for a company unless u are a rookie driver I won't turn a wheel for less then 60k

We're going to make right around 60k this year. As with any job....You get what you put into it.
