And all you got out of this message was a slight grammar mistake, give the guy a break, everything he says is true. I too use to drive for those people and after being broke down for over 4 weeks per year on average, sent to shippers who didn't know why you were there, being made to deliver at midnight on a Friday only to find out the factory is closed till Monday A.M. This not to mention how these people treat you. Sorry folks, driving is something I do not who I am. I will not be treated rudely but some snot nose dispatcher who's still wet behind his ears. I finally had enough and found a wonderful small company that gives me plenty of miles, knows me by my first name and treats me with respect.
Usa truck a joke......stayaway

lol are they hiring?
I'm not doing too bad on my "sequal". Truck is (rhymes with ballcap), keep reporting problems with it, they keep passing the buck on repairs. Hoping this engine will sieze right near my house (towing's expensive there) I've got a long list of mac32's documenting the problems, and their attitude is "just drive it" Oooookay Sparky.
New Dispatcher likes me, apparenly I get the job done. Night dispatch is a joke and my FM knows it. So (he/she) tries to work me on daylight only. Kinda sucks because I have more traffic, but I'm not getting loads changed in the middle of my 10 hr break either.
Again there are rumors of a Northeast Regional position (see our ad in the latest issue of Company Driver # your local truckstop) but when I asked for the slot, they were non-comital. Go figure.
Well, have some Grand Rapids rookie tear the roof off a trailer under the D Train in his 1st trip to Queens then/ If that's the way you want to run a company.
But I gotta figure all those bus tickets from Manhattan for all those quitting/fired driver's gotta get expensive at some point? -
I'm not sure where this post needs to go, but it is about Arrow Trucking. My hubby drives for them and he has been stuck in Houston, TX for a week. Water pump went out in his truck and the company couldn't or wouldn't spare the expense of buying one so he had to sit and wait for a water pump to be overnighted and it was a used part from another truck. Now, he is still in Houston, TX (the mechanics didn't get the part put on) and the fuel card has been interrupted for most of the drivers and they are stuck in different parts of the country. My hubby is as of right now, sleeping in an abandoned truck that is broken down because he could not get the money off the card to get a motel room for the night and yet maintains a positive attitude while I sit at home missing him something awful and wanting to drive to Tulsa and smack the son of a biscuit eater that has put him in this situation. What kind of company doesnt have reserve to buy a part that is needed to make them money?? A company that no one will extend any kind of credit what so ever. Drivers, if you plan on a career with Arrow, plan on doing a lot of sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting.

It's true. several new threads pertaining to it! They shut the doors 11/23 and STRANDED all the drivers where ever they were! The ones with fuel got as close to their homes as they could and screw Arrow about the fuel! Their last pay checks bounced and cards are off! Many are selling tarps, chains, binders and anything else that can! I don't blame them. No pay check = I sell your stuff to make up for it as I still have to get home! here is one of the threads but look at bad companies and there are two about this with links to news stories out of Tulsa and Huston!
Also Swift, Schneider and several other companies sent QC messages to their trucks telling the drivers to give rides if they are headed towards the drivers home! I have to give kudos to all the companies that offers rides and support to Arrow drivers at this time of insanity!

I wish these drivers the best and I hope they get home!
