Upon purchase of a used tractor what items would you change, replace etc. before putting it into service. ???all fluids???hoses,belts????brakes????

Also is there a place to buy used or aftermarket body parts.. Mainly looking for the side-skirt kits.. Thanks

I'd buy a used tractor from Ryder . It would probably be ready to go needing nothing changed .

Check all the fluids, if you don't know when the oil was changed last change it, check the air in all the tires, I wouldn't replace the belts unless they looked all cracked and old, might get some new ones and keep them in the toolbox though, get a spare altenator and put it with the spare belts, and carry a toolbox with atleast enough tools to change either. Most trucks come standard with at least 2 back-up cameras mounted just outside either door. I spent a week getting mine ready to go , but I had to find a couple of air leaks and put a headache rack on
