I've seen a lot of scary things about their parent company YRCW. I know this terminal out of my town is BUSY though. So if YRCW did go down, would it's subsidiaries like this company survive alone somehow? How would that work?

    In a nutshell.

No. It would go down with the parent.

Alright, well what about this scenerio... Say they did go down in flames, the other freight companies in town would be hiring to absorb all of the extra business that Reddaway left behind, right?

Well these guys are willing to give me a chance and I'm going to jump after it. I talked to a driver today who said it's a good job with lots of hours. Thats all I wanted to hear.

I did take the position. I was with them for a month before I decided the hours weren't going to work for me. If you don't mind the 60-65 hour weeks (at least that's what it was here in Billings) then jump on it. Great money, good people, but I would kiss my little girl on Sunday night and not see her again until Saturday morning. I would say the real problem is that this branch was severely understaffed. 4 drivers trying to deliver 120 bills... we weren't done with deliveries until like 4. I since decided on another company here in town and start with them in two weeks. They have the schedule and pay I'm looking for. I do just want to underline the fact that this is at our branch in my town. Yours could and probably operates differently.

I think it is a company wide policy that they under staff, I have heard they run hard and late always. A lot of stress and pressure on the drivers to make deliveries that always seem late. RUSH IT!!!!
