I did take the position. I was with them for a month before I decided the hours weren't going to work for me. If you don't mind the 60-65 hour weeks (at least that's what it was here in Billings) then jump on it. Great money, good people, but I would kiss my little girl on Sunday night and not see her again until Saturday morning. I would say the real problem is that this branch was severely understaffed. 4 drivers trying to deliver 120 bills... we weren't done with deliveries until like 4. I since decided on another company here in town and start with them in two weeks. They have the schedule and pay I'm looking for. I do just want to underline the fact that this is at our branch in my town. Yours could and probably operates differently.

I had an interview with them last week, was told 10 to 12 hours a day, Mon thru Fri and paid $$$ by the hour, that a fair amount of hours, but at least they pay you for the hours worked plus overtime.

My last gig was 16 hour days and I was paid by the load, so if you had to wait for any reason, the first two hours of waiting with that load were free hours and the next load was the same. I would loose 4 to 6 hours everyday just sitting.
