USX drivers...how's your day??

Not really sure what they have done, but I was told that they did get rid of some bad apples. Who they were I do not know. I thought I would have had a call from some one at USX today too, to try and get some resolution on an issue with them. Who knows it is not 5pm yet either.

Thirty five fleet managers were fired for sucking. I do not think it was worded that way at corporate I doubt it ends there but you should notice an attitude correction from some of the weekend folks

Woo Hoo Trucking school here we come we got our approval for WIA Scholarships today. Once we find out what David's final day of work is we can get our official start date.

 

Thank you for the info Craig. I wonder if it will really turn into something better. I have over 15 years of working for a fortune 500 company and I have seen and been thru many re-orgs. I would really hope that this makes things better for USX.

USX has the potential to make a lot more money and to be able to retain a lot more of the drivers that they loose everyday. With the short time I have been on the road for them I have seen a lot of waste and absent minded people that really have no idea of what they are doing.
