So dropping Sandi and Bandit off at the terminal today after they were a very bad influence on us last night, I met Sheepdog. Very cool. I also got to meet his wife a little later as she is in Orientation. I love meeting the people on here

I drove for Werner out of school 18 months ago. I had an accident (not major) after only 3 !/2 months. Seeing all the companies wanted 6 months to a year experience OTR though I was done. I loved driving too. Got very depressed losing something I loved doing and wanted to do since a kid.
I notice on Craigs list US Express would hire 3 months experience in last 18 months. I have 3 1/2 in 20 months now. You think I have a chance driving for US Express? -
There are other companies out there that will hire you with only 3 months exp too. Just look for them, and I have seen some of them on CL too.Belton Bandit Thanks this. -
I'm happy to say I am finally home!!!....Been a crazy few days but now I can relax for awhile, inbetween rearranging my truck again, getting it put back together, and doing the multiple little things that need doing here at home.
NoCoCraig Thanks this. -
So glad you are finally home Anna.
We NEED to get back on the road. Just spent over $900 at Costco on a camcorder for me and a tablet for Anne. Oh and a Roku player for the tv in the truck.
The Tunnel Hill shop got our truck into the shop in 36 hours and everything they could do was finished in about four hours. There is something very wrong with the engine and they had to have Cummins in to look at it. Not sure yet what it was but they needed a part that will be in tomorrow. We are ready to roll as soon as the truck is.Last edited: Dec 14, 2011
