So Anna is in Hebron. That would be Amazon. Pretty easy getting a load out usually.

We are in the middle of a lazy weekend....too lazy really Running from Seattle to Florida with a stop in the middle. Because of the holiday on Monday we have 3 1/2 days to go 1800 miles to the first delivery. So we are just taking our time as we go corner to corner of this great country.

Nobody knows...no one has ever done and lived to tell about it.

Sorry, could not help myself. Your driver tech will have a big red message and a countdown for you to get back on route. Word on the street is that if you do not get back on route, you will be charged per mile out of route. If you think you need to take another route, just ask your FM.

I have never been charged for out of route miles. I got lost once and just sent a message to my FM and he said "no problem"

it is computer routing NO ONE is looking at it and keeping you off the toll roads saves then ALOT of money, we're o/o's and i will not run the toll roads. our last trip up to the NE by staying off the toll roads saved us over $300.

Hey Craig......can I get one of those easy Amazon loads now????? Been sitting for over 12 hours....LOL

My out-of-route thingy showed up one time a few months ago.....haven't seen it since.......I am a good girl and run the route (most of the time) but sometimes I either miss my exit or listen to my GPS or make up my own route and I've never been charged for it.........one time I asked weekend dispatch if we could change the route because of little towns and he said "No, can't do that."

wow, thats something i may have to get used to, never had to do that before..i have always pretty much stayed with suggested route anyway but sometimes take another way that may be faster or safer...i know there will be a few things on the company driver side that will be different...guess i might start making a list of what they are.....lol

Since my husband and I have only been running for USX about 1 week now I have a few questions that maybe someone can answer for me. First, my husband told me that the written route you get in the "route solution" message is the one you have to follow. I have found that it does not always match the companies gps route. Anyone know for sure which one is the required route? Also, we were told that we get the first installment of the team sign-on bonus after we complete our first trip. We completed it and already got paid for the trip, but no bonus on that check. Does anyone know how long it takes to get the first $500? Next, does anyone have trouble with that On Guard collision avoidance system? We keep getting a system error on it, and it knocks out our cruise control. Says it needs to be aligned. We had the truck in the shop in Tunnel Hill last week and the Cummins man was supposed to fix it, but it is not fixed. They also set the governor, which was not set when we picked up the truck in Colton on 5/20. It was nice to be able to go 75 across New Mexico! Now it's just a fond memory.....
