Utah O/O opportunities?

Looking for recommendations for a carrier to lease with in Utah or that runs through Utah. I'm moving to Logan within the next year. I'm a leased owner/op from central PA (have had my own authority and might again for the right job). I haven't been much west of the Mississippi for a long while.

I mostly do dry van, or bulk potatoes, or intermodal to the piers in the northeast. I'd do flat, step or reefer.
