    I think a certain company will have safety auditors all over them after this job site accident .. jeez if I was the worker I’d say forget it if you hung me out over a live lane of traffic

    glad the worker survived, although i'd have to wonder if his future includes anymore such work.

    next, where da heck was the police detail, cones, or barrels????

    frankly, i hope that worker gets a good cheap lawyer....and sues his company, supervisors, etc.

    he's actually lucky, it was not an 18 wheeler..

    Had one of my friends in high school hit a utility truck with guy in bucket. Both went to same hospital, same room with curtains separating beds. After the fight that ensued from friends of both parties, hospital got 5 more customers. We won, only 2 from our side injured badly. The good old days, nobody went to jail.

    He did and cooperated with the authorities. The company that the utility worker was employed for admitted their own procedures weren’t followed. OSHA would have a field day with this!
