I was leaning towards Prime inc but they don't offer the program. Seems like it would be dumb not to sign with a company who offers it. So now I'm leaning towards Schneider. $1200 or so extra per month isn't chump change.

For those who have used the program what are your thoughts? Any positives or negatives I neee to be aware of?

It's not a bad program, personally I'd make sure other options were on the table rather then just the big Orange. There are plenty of companies that offer the program. Also several companies offer as much as 2 years on the program, most are only 1 year

As for the actual program, it's really useless other than to give drivers an incentive to stay with a company for a set amount of time. There is a maximum amount of income that you're allowed to make, and when you start trending towards that amount averaged down to a consistent weekly basis, you'll be graduated out of the program. When I was on it in 2014, that cap was $52,000 a year.
