Try a motel call ahead of time and check it out on google maps. Beware a lot of desk clerks tell you no problem they get trucks all the time plenty of room! They don’t realize you’re talking about a Biiiiiig Truck!

Park at one of the truck stops near I64/81 waynesborro,va.
Have The Harley shop there pick you up and put you in a rental.
Ride the blue ridge parkway all the way to Georgia and back.
Spend 2 days in nice hotel in area after dropping off Harley.

OP, I plan to do this a lot now that I run my own truck. I would think outside the box though, especially out west. There are a million open lots just off the interstate or in small towns near big cities where local drivers park. NOT truck stop chains. Look for other semi’s, farm equipment, or industrial junk that’s been piling up on some guy’s property for years. There’s so much open space out there it seems like it would be really easy to find somebody that would love to have a 50 or hundred in their pocket to let you leave your truck there for a week. Lots of these type spots just east of Denver and a bunch on 24 between Limon and Co Springs I plan to check out. Uber to the city and rent a car. If it’s close enough car rental folks might come get you.
I’d feel safer on some local’s property than at any chain in or out of a city.
Millions of these spots near every city in Texas, Denver, Salt Lake, Vegas, Phoenix, etc. etc. -
Cool idea, the reefer isn’t submerged so you should be able to freeze your catch fresh! With all that storage you could stay awhile too. -
Is Über really so accessible in all locations like this? I was under the impression they were only prevalent in major cities.
