    Any company I've been with pays vacation pay after a year (usually) and it's not a whole lot, around a 2500 mi week, for instance and taxed.

    From the manual

    Eligible after 12 continuous months of employment
    1st, snd and 3rd years you earn 5 days. 10 days after.

    Pay is based on your average earnings over the preceding 52 weeks

    Example
    Last 52 weeks gross pay = 25,126
    +9,321 per diem
    =34,447
    -1,506 vacation pay from previous year
    =32,949; divide by 52 weeks
    =633.64 / week

    We used to get the check the week after the anniversary date. However as the number of drivers increased over the years, it has gone to 2-3 weeks after anniversary date to get it. If you bug payroll it can take longer. UMMV
