How does vacation time work with Swift? I see no mention of it on their website under benefits, but I could be missing it.

Is it the same as Schneider? Here is what their site says:

    Personal Time

    Paid Holiday

    • Six paid holidays per year.
    • Inexperienced drivers are eligible after one year of employment.
    • Experienced drivers are eligible on date of hire.
    Vacation

    • One week of vacation after one year of employment.
    • Two weeks of vacation after two years of employment.
    • Three weeks of vacation after seven years of employment.
    • Four weeks of vacation after fifteen years of employment.

Lots of people make it well past a year at Swift, contrary to a lot of the erroneous posts on here. Second item on the list on the right side of the pay and benefts pages says, "Paid Vacation". I believe the recruiter told me it is 1 week after 1 year and 2 after 2. Don't recall how it moves up from there.

    Splenda Thanks this.
