The western part of the state got more of the direct hits. I asked my wife Sunday if there were any spotted around Lincoln and she told me no, but then when I was reading the paper online last night there was one spotted about 1/4 mi north of our house! I made a quick call home and asked her about that and she just said "oh yeah, forgot about that one"! I guess that's one of the down falls of growing up in Tornado Alley, anything under and F3 is a minor inconvenience. Typical Nebraska weather now with tornadoes this weekend and it's snowing according to some of my friends back home. If you don't like the weather in Nebraska just give it 5 minutes and it'll change. Sorry big guy, early bird gets the worm or in this case the primo parking spot!

 

Well Mark, looks like we'll be following each other for a couple of days. I just talked to Jay and he put me on the other load of bulk taters going to White Pigeon.

Dropped in Saint James,MN and was pleasantly suprised to be offered a load to Seattle that delivers Thursday so I'm off to the great NW. Be safe out there.

Friday i was told it could be ready at the end of the week, then i was told it could be the end of next week.... man, i vow to never put that truck in a position again to get it run over lol

Hey mushroom, I was the other guy with Husker today. I just didn't pipe up 'cause my cb is so crappy most folks going the other direction won't pick me up.

Having somebody to jaw with out through the hinterlands sure makes the day go faster.
