Sucks doesn't it. The guy I slip seat with has some ammonia free windex that seems to work well. I've found that if I crack the driver side window. It really helps keep the vapor from hitting the windshield. And I'll just have a spot on the driver's side window to clean at the end of the day.
TawcoTruck and Chinatown Thank this. -
@bzinger I seem to remember you found something that worked well a while back but I can't remember what it was.
TawcoTruck and bzinger Thank this. -
I have two spray bottles. One has a little dawn dish soap with water and the other just water to rinse the soap. It’s something about glass cleaners that leave a residue behind. I find I don’t have to clean inside glass as often with the dish soap.

Try Invisible Glass, sold all over including Home Depot, Wal-Mart. Or some other commercial glass cleaner. Stuff is amazing. If you used Windex you'll see what a waste it was and never use it again.TawcoTruck and bzinger Thank this.

Invisible glass ain’t worth a piss on salt spray. Actually nothing is and it irritates me to no end.

I was going to post a review on Bullsnot products I’ve tried because they’ve actually impressed me.
Their glass cleaner is absolutely incredible..nothing I’ve ever tried comes close to doing what they say.
I’ve been stocking up on it before they change the formula! I smoke and always cleaning the windows but everything I used always left streaks..smeared the nicotine around.
Try it out..TA/Petro’s stock it..don’t know about the other truck stops.
Their Tire Butter is another product that has me impressed if you’re into it.TawcoTruck and JoeyJunk Thank this. -
I'll give this a go next time I see it.Concorde Thanks this. -
It's a pain in the ###. Running vent over recirculation on the AC helps some as well. It's awful in the winter time with the defroster hitting the windows and the AC not blowing as much.
