Vegas called overpriced as Strip targets wealthy travelers rather average vacationers

My home sits in the middle of a three acre lot. Three sides are a mixture of forest and swamp bordered by farm fields. One way in and out. The only indcation of a home from the highway is a lonely mailbox beside a gravel drive that dissapears from sight as it winds behind the trees. Suits me just fine.
