so i went to metro truck driving school here in mississauga, ontario, canada
after taking their silver course..the instructor says i need more. silver cost me $1360 ..and they said i need more so i go for it. i say ok..so i get 3x 1.5 hours of more lessons...each 1.5 hour cost me $155.
i say ok.
then i go to road test and fail..here were my mistakes..
steering free-play
raise landing gear properly
driving along
-straddles lanes
- observe properly
intersections/ r.r crossing
- fails to observe properly
- fails to obey signs or signals
-ped./self/other vehicle
after i fail this lesson i call them to setup 1.5 hour ($140) lesson and the guy says no u will need to get 3 hour which is $320 ..he says THATS THEIR POLICY! and i will must take 3 hours instead of 1.5 hour.
so i was forced to get 3 hour lesson.
am i being ripped off? if i am..where should i go to government office to complain about this..suggestions needed ASAP!
Very bad experience so far

don't know many in america that can help you. schools down here function differently.
one lump fee. classroom and over the road training. everyone passes. but some pass faster then others. -
it sounds like you still need some help. all of those are serious infractions and all are your fault and you should be doing them in your car ? so I would spend the money and pay attention when you're with the trainer !

You have options. I suggest you call the schools in your area and explain what has happened

are you sure you want to become a driver ??? after 11 lessons still those mistakes !!!!!
-
Sounds like your school neglected to properly instruct you on your fundamentals or you didn't learn them.
That being the case, it may not be the schools fault. Some students require more in the way of training than others because everyone is different.
Study like hell, find some online help and re-take it.
-Anyways, how many hours in total did you have for classroom and then behind-the-wheel? -
You freely admit these were -your- mistakes. Did the school not teach you about these areas where you made mistakes? If not, you have a legitimate gripe. If so, the onus is on you.
