I've looked at the paleo diet and have been considering giving it a try. I need to lose about 15 pounds is all, as far as weight goes. But the more I read the more I realize diet is very important, especially the older you get it seems.

Was accused of drinkin to much of marks cool aide last night,i toldem it has sugar and im cuttin way back....Even though im still eating some sugars i have cut back and i think thats why my scans look better and cancers have been dieing..

 

I'm not sure i would trust the guy that spent years promoting the turbo3000 on health issues.

Dude...first off and eff off.....The keto and paleo has been around for yrs..He didnt develope it...So unless you know all about everything (f)uck off and mind yer own #### business....
