    I heard if you line your toque with tinfoil it also helps ;)

    the yeasu 2900 is cheap works great and is easy to unlock your self. So I've herd. Buy it at radio world for 210 dollars.

    Only if your plugged into the radio and the radio is direct wired to all four batteries !

    I have a Kenwood TK-762HG-1 programmed with Ladd 1-4, PAHAL, Plateau' Polar 1, and Marine Emergency Channel 16 for sale for $90 CAN. if you're interested. I can also point you to a guy who'll program any other channels you could want in the lower mainland. PM me.

    ask any radio shop in either province they should be able to print you out one and program the radio
