vibration noise in dash

I have a 2001 VNL660 N-14 there is a vibration noise in the dash or Defroster vent hard to tell while driving when engine is a pull harder the engine pulls louder vibration is. Shut off heater fan moved heater contols doesn't stop or change noise. Anyone had this issue or idea where it is coming from? removed top fuse panel doesn't seem to have anything loose that I can tell there.
